I love old meat ads. Look at it. It would have taken photographer two seconds to wipe all that nasty brown grease off, but he didn’t. It’s like the grease was part of the appeal. I am not alone in my love of ads featuring women in white gloves serving up weirdly pink animal parts. There’s an entire Flickr photo pool devoted to vintage meat. You’re right in liking it!
